1. Who operates this site
tennesseevalleybarndominiums.com is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered marketing and lead generation company doing business as Compass Lead Group. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
2. What the service is
This site is a free marketing and referral service. It connects people planning barndominium and post-frame home projects in Tennessee with independent licensed builders. Compass Camper LLC is not a contractor, does not perform construction, design, or building work, and is not a party to any agreement you enter with a builder.
3. Your contract is with the builder
Any work performed on your project is performed by the independent builder you engage, under a contract directly between you and that builder. You are responsible for evaluating any builder before hiring, including verifying licensing at verify.tn.gov, insurance, and references.
4. No warranty of builder work
Compass Camper LLC does not warrant, and is not responsible for, the quality, timeliness, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by any builder. Content on this site is general information, not engineering, legal, lending, or tax advice; confirm project-specific questions with the relevant county office, lender, or licensed professional.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of this site or the referral service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, scrape the site, or use it to send unlawful communications. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion.
7. Disputes
Any dispute with Compass Camper LLC that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts of Oregon.
